Job summary

Aspen Dental is hiring a Patient Experience Coordinator to perform daily front office tasks, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and balance deposits. This full-time role includes four weeks of training and opportunities to grow within a supportive, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Must be age 18 or older

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
• Provide patient support and build trust and loyalty with patients
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
