Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator (Patient Coordinator) in Sebring, FL. You will join a world-class dental service organization with a four-week training program and a focus on community impact.

You will handle scheduling, insurance verification, deposits, and chart organization, delivering compassionate patient service in a collaborative environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.

• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
