Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator in Florida to join our front office team. You will participate in a four-week training program to set you up for success and deliver outstanding patient care.

As a Patient Coordinator, you will report to the Manager and handle scheduling, chart organization, insurance verification, and payment processing while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for patients. This full-time role offers competitive pay and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good time management abilities.
• Organized and detail oriented with a proactive mindset.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care according to patient needs and policies.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and process payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
