Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to handle front-office duties, scheduling and patient support. You will report to the Manager and participate in a four-week training program to succeed in your role, helping create lasting impressions and loyalty with patients.

The role emphasizes compassionate patient service, adherence to policies, and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced dental practice environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• High regard for time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsabilités

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
