Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our front office team. You’ll perform daily scheduling, chart organization, and patient support to create lasting impressions and trust with patients.

Four-week training program emphasized, with competitive benefits and a supportive culture. This role reports to the Manager and requires strong communication and organizational abilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Customer-service mindset preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with care and in accordance with policies and regulations.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments; organize charts; verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and process credit card transactions.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
