Aspen Dental seeks a Patient Experience Coordinator to support front office operations and deliver exceptional patient care. You will participate in a four-week training program and report to the Practice Manager to help create lasting impressions and trust with patients.

The role includes scheduling, insurance verification, deposits handling, and payment collection within a friendly, collaborative environment focused on service excellence.

Responsabilités

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with policies and regulations.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
