Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team. You will perform daily front-office tasks, schedule and confirm appointments, and support patients with a friendly, compassionate approach.

You will participate in a four-week training program to succeed in the role and contribute to a welcoming patient experience across our practices. This full-time position emphasizes reliability and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• High regard for time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
