Aspen Dental is hiring a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our front office team. You will report to the Manager and handle scheduling, insurance verification, deposits, and patient communications to create trust and loyalty.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
