Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to handle front-office responsibilities, deliver compassionate patient service, and support scheduling, insurance verification, and payments. Training will be provided through a four-week program.

The role focuses on creating lasting impressions, building trust with patients, and contributing to a positive, collaborative practice environment. Must be 18+ and have strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• High regard for time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
