Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Professional telephone skills and flexibility for front desk operations.
• Experience in medical front desk or PT environment preferred (customer service emphasis).
• Bilingual Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors in person or by telephone and handle inquiries.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments to optimize provider time and room utilization.
• Complete insurance verifications and maintain patient records.
• Maintain patient accounts and process charges while protecting confidentiality.
• Keep operations by following policies and reporting changes; support team goals.
