Athletico in Falls Church, VA is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to manage front-office operations, patient intake, and financial clearance, ensuring a seamless, compliant experience while supporting revenue cycle performance.

You will collaborate with PES, Billing, and clinical teams, use EMR systems and dashboards, educate patients on payments, and help schedule care with a focus on data accuracy and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with customer service in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with insurance benefits and patient payments is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office, Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional front-office experience by greeting patients, resolving issues, and ensuring positive interactions at every touchpoint.
• Accurately complete patient intake and registration, including demographics, insurance eligibility, and authorizations to maintain data integrity.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities, payment options, and digital tools to improve transparency and engagement.
