Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team in a front-office role focused on delivering excellent patient service and a positive experience. You will participate in a structured four-week training program to ensure success in your duties and uphold our standards of care.

In this role you will schedule appointments, verify insurance, handle deposits and payments, and support the office manager with daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High regard for time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
