Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team in Charlottesville. You will perform front office duties, schedule appointments, verifyInsurance, balance deposits, and deliver compassionate patient service to build trust and loyalty. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• High regard for time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs and policies.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Support the Manager with additional tasks as assigned.
