Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Coordinator, called Patient Experience Coordinator, to handle front office tasks and support a welcoming patient experience. You will join a four-week training program and report to the practice Manager to help build trust with patients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• Good time management skills.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments and verify insurance.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
