Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to perform daily front office tasks and support patient flow. You will report to the Manager and complete a four-week training program to succeed in the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care per patient needs, policies and regulations.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and process credit card transactions.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
