Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team. You’ll complete a four-week training program and handle front office tasks, patient scheduling, insurance verification, and deposits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Time management, organization and attention to detail.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs and policies.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Assist Manager with daily front office tasks and duties.
