Job summary

Aspen Dental is hiring a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our front-office team. You will deliver exceptional patient service, manage schedules, verify insurance, and help keep our practice running smoothly.

You’ll complete a four-week training program and work under supervision to build trust with patients. The role offers full-time hours, competitive hourly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package, including PTO, health/dental/vision, and a 401(k) plan with company match.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Detail orientation and careful handling of patient information.
• Age 18 or older is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in line with policies and regulations.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and process payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card transactions.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
