Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team and help create lasting impressions with patients. You’ll report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks to support a welcoming patient experience.

You’ll participate in a four-week training program to succeed in your role, with opportunities for career development, a best-in-class training program, and a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• Time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
