Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center seeks a Clinical Center Associate I for Ambulatory Services - Head & Neck to support patient flow, answer calls, schedule clinics, and accurately record physician orders in a confidential setting.

You will greet patients and visitors, guide them through visits, handle co-pay collections with care, and collaborate with a dedicated care team to ensure exceptional service and smooth operations in a fast-paced cancer center.

Formación

• Required degrees must be from an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as acceptable educational practices.
• Validating that candidates meet the clinical terminology exposure and administrative support requirements.
• Experience in a clinical setting with appointment scheduling and physician orders is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Answer calls and assist patients and visitors in a confidential setting.
• Record physician orders accurately and manage clinic schedules.
• Guide patients through their visits and coordinate with the care team.
• Handle co-pay collections with care and professionalism.
• Collaborate with a supportive care team to ensure seamless operations.
• Contribute to a patient-centered experience in a fast-paced ambulatory environment.

Educación

Medical Office-Administrative education options

Associate's degree + 1 year clinical admin experience

High School diploma + medical assistant cert + 1 year clinical admin experience

High School diploma + 2 years clinical admin experience

High School diploma + 1 year customer service + traineeship at RPC Center
