Grand Rapids Ophthalmology is seeking a Patient Coordinator in Grandville, MI to be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a warm and efficient check-in/check-out experience.

Qualifications

• Provide exceptional customer service during every patient encounter, in person or by phone.
• Answer phones and ensure courteous service at all times.
• Assist with patient flow and check-in/check-out processes.
• Handle payments and reconciliations accurately.
• Maintain general office duties as assigned by management.

Responsibilities
