The position offers $19.00 per hour, a 40-hour work week at 2 Crosfield Ave., West Nyack, NY 10995, and comprehensive on-boarding with training. We value teamwork and growth within the clinics.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing or patient-facing role.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while staying organized and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable communicating on the phone, handling upset callers with patience.
• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn scheduling software.
• No prior medical experience required—training provided.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, professional first impression for patients, visitors, and referral sources.
• Manage front desk operations including patient check-in/out, scheduling, insurance verification/authorization, and phone calls.
• Review, schedule, and follow up on referrals by gathering information and updating patient records.
• Keep patient flow and schedules moving by confirming appointments, managing waitlists, and handling cancellations.
• Collect copays, balances, and other payments accurately and professionally.
• Protect patient privacy and uphold HIPAA standards in all interactions.
