Pinehurst Medical Clinic is seeking a friendly Patient Service Representative for our Southern Pines location. You will greet patients, schedule appointments, collect payments, verify information, and help coordinate front-desk tasks to ensure a smooth patient flow.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years in a medical office setting. This is a regular full-time, day-shift position with hourly pay and non-exempt status.

• Greet patients and visitors in a courteous manner.
• Enter and verify patient demographics and insurance information.
• Assist with front-desk tasks to support the clinic workflow.
