Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide appointment scheduling and front desk check-in/check-out.
• Obtain detailed clinical information face-to-face, by phone or electronic.
• Coordinate referrals and medical records with various care teams.
• Navigate patient flow and triage calls, directing patients appropriately.
• Perform complex scheduling across multiple clinics and departments.
