Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to manage front desk operations, check-in/check-out, and patient flow. No optical experience? Training provided to help you learn the industry and deliver a best-in-class patient experience.

You will verify insurance, assist with appointment confirmations, and support office staff while potentially cross-training for other roles. Weekend and evening shifts required as needed.

Qualifications

• Front desk or reception experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask under pressure.
• Friendly, patient-centered and team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out efficiently.
• Verify insurance and educate patients on plan options.
• Assist in appointment confirmations and outreach with doctor availability.
• Handle multiple phone lines, walk-ins, and scheduling tasks.
• Cross-train for other office support roles as needed.
• Collaborate with doctors and staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
