Responsibilities

• Provides outstanding customer service through intake, prioritizing, and resolution of calls for a multi-specialty team.
• Greets patients and assists with resolving patient issues.
• Check-in and out patients, collect co-payments, and reconcile payments.
• Schedules appointments and completes patient registration, collects payments.
• Assists with physician schedules and improves workflow; handles patient/provider correspondence.
• Processes and tracks referrals and authorizations for various insurance types.
• Manages patient care flow and monitors CS-Link message pools and standard work.
• Explains policies and services to patients using administrative knowledge.
• Participates in daily huddles and staff meetings.
• Promotes infection prevention standards and department policies and procedures.
