Qualifications

• Two years of experience in outpatient medical office settings preferred.
• Experience handling patient demographics, insurance data, and payments.
• Prior exposure to referrals/authorizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding patient service through calls and in-person interactions.
• Check-in/out patients, collect co-payments, and reconcile payments.
• Schedule appointments and complete patient registration accurately.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance data in CS-Link.
• Manage physician schedules and patient/provider communications.
• Process referrals and authorizations for various insurance types.
• Monitor patient flow and infection prevention standards.
• Participate in daily huddles and team meetings.
