Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides outstanding customer service through intake, prioritizing, and resolving calls and patient needs for a multi-specialty team.
• Greets patients and assists with resolving patient issues.
• Check-in and check-out patients and collect co-payments; verify demographics and insurance data in CS-Link.
• Schedules appointments, completes patient registration, and collects payments.
• Assists with physician schedules and improves workflows.
• Manages referrals and authorizations for various insurance types.
• Monitors CS-Link message pools and daily work processes.
• Explains policies or services to patients using administrative knowledge.
• Participates in daily huddles and staff meetings.
• Promotes infection prevention standards and department policies.
