Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service through intake, prioritizing, and resolution of calls for a multi-specialty team.
• Greet patients and assist with resolving patient issues.
• Check-in and out patients, collect co-payments, and reconcile payments; verify demographics and insurance data in CS-Link.
• Schedule appointments, complete patient registration, collect payments, and maintain high patient service standards.
• Assist with physician schedules, handle patient/provider correspondence, and manage referrals and authorizations for various insurance types.
• Monitor patient care flow and CS-Link message pools; identify workflow improvements.
• Explain policies and procedures to patients using administrative knowledge.
• Participate in daily huddles and staff meetings.
• Promote infection prevention standards and departmental policies.
