Qualifications

• Experience with insurance, referrals, and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors warmly and direct them appropriately.
• Assist with registration, check-in, and co-pay collection.
• Schedule appointments and follow-ups; manage workflow on the floor.
• Process enrollment, referrals, and demographic updates in the system.
• Explain billing responsibilities and assist with account inquiries.
