Moffitt Cancer Center is seeking a Patient Relations Service Representative to warmly assist patients, guests and staff at the information desk. The role emphasizes high-quality in-person and phone customer service within a leading cancer center.

Responsibilities include guiding visitors, coordinating transportation, triaging requests, and collaborating with Facilities to keep the lobby area orderly and welcoming. A basic high school credential and healthcare-friendly experience are preferred.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of demonstrable experience providing empathetic, face-to-face customer care in a professional setting.
• Competency in the use of Microsoft Office, Word and Outlook is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provides cancer center information and directions to patients, guests and staff, including scheduling details.
• Triages incoming requests for service to the appropriate department.
• Assists patients and guests with arranging Moffitt transportation to and from various locations.
• Serves as the central point of contact for patients, guests and workforce for access to security, parking, transportation and vendor matters.
• Maintains the appearance and organization of the information desk and lobby area.
