Job summary

Reporting to the Director of Patient Experience, you will respond to requests with enthusiasm, document concerns, and maintain knowledge of Memorial Health providers and locations. A high school diploma and 5+ years in customer-facing roles are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer-facing (in-person) role providing direct support and resolution to requests and concerns.
• Experience in healthcare environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly greetings and assist guests entering and leaving Memorial Health facilities.
• Respond to requests with proactive assistance and escalate when needed to resolve issues.
• Develop knowledge of Memorial Health's services and locations; act as a health system navigator.
