Job summary

One Medical is seeking a Float Medical Receptionist (Flex Member Support Specialist) in Queen Creek, AZ, to be the first touchpoint for patients and ensure an exceptional in-office experience. You will support office operations and maintain a welcoming lobby aligned with the One Medical brand.

You will perform front-of-house duties, assist with check-in, scheduling, insurance verification, and use our tech tools—Slack, G-suite, Zoom, and the 1Life EMR—to deliver compassionate, efficient service

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in high touch customer or patient facing roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working on collaborative, diverse and feedback-driven multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in computer technology such as typing, navigating the internet and using multiple software systems simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Use C-I-CARE framework in all patient interactions to ensure a fluid in-office experience.
• Front of house duties including check in/check out, insurance verification, printing/paperwork tasks.
• Contribute to team development through rounding, team huddles and problem solving.
• Master our technology suite (Slack, G-suite, Zoom, 1Life EMR) to interact with team and patients.
• Opening and closing duties, maintaining look and feel of spaces, restocking supplies.
