Job summary

LBU Community Clinic is seeking a Concierge to be the welcoming face of the organization. You will greet patients, direct them, handle registration, scheduling, insurance verification, payments and patient flow with professionalism.

You will assist with complex needs, support staff, train new team members, and maintain documentation, eligibility screenings, and a clean, safe work environment. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Some customer service, office, or patient-facing experience.
• Basic computer skills, data entry, Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
• Willing to work occasional Saturdays and travel between clinics.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, direct them appropriately and respond to inquiries professionally.
• Handle registration, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, payments, and patient flow.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.
• Assist with complex needs, resolve patient concerns, and support staff with questions or training.
• Manage documentation, conduct eligibility screenings, and keep a clean, safe work environment.
