Job summary

Minneapolis Integrative Medicine Center is seeking a warm, highly organized Patient Experience Receptionist to join our growing team in Wayzata, MN. In this full-time role, you'll manage phones, scheduling, check-in/check-out, payments, and day-to-day clinic needs, while guiding patients through their care journey with empathy and hospitality.

You’ll learn our services, pricing, and workflows, and become proficient with our EHR and scheduling systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in a medical, hospitality, wellness, customer experience, or other service-oriented environment.
• Curious, resourceful, highly organized, and capable of learning new systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Be the reason patients feel welcomed, cared for, and confident in their experience from the moment they walk through the door.
• Greet every patient warmly, establish rapport, and use their preferred name.
• Manage phones, scheduling, patient communications, check-in/check-out, payments, and day-to-day clinic needs.
• Learn and confidently navigate our EHR, scheduling platform, payment systems, and other technology used throughout the patient journey.
• Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement and bring potential solutions forward.
