Prenuvo in Minneapolis, MN seeks a Patient Liaison for a 6-month on-site contract at our clinic. You’ll warmly welcome patients, manage check-in/out, and coordinate between patients and clinical staff to ensure a smooth experience.

The role requires 1+ year in customer service, with flexibility for varied hours including weekends. Aiming to deliver exceptional patient care and maintain an organized front desk in a fast-paced clinic.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in customer service, preferably in healthcare or related field.
• Self-starter who takes ownership of training and development.
• Punctual, dependable, and committed to excellence in medical and customer care.
• Availability to work varied hours, including weekdays and weekends as needed.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment while addressing patient concerns with sensitivity.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
• Verify patient identity and required documentation; assist with registration and intake forms.
• Manage scheduling, cancellations, and rescheduling of appointments; educate patients on post-scan expectations.
• Serve as a liaison between patients, providers, technologists, and clinical staff; keep front desk organized and efficient.
• Address patient concerns or complaints with empathy and professionalism.
