Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months receptionist or scheduling experience in a medical setting preferred.
• HUC or related medical administrative certification preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and confirm appointments.
• Check in patients and verify IDs and insurance documents.
• Schedule exams and manage patient flow.
• Scan documents into Centricity and maintain charts.
• Answer phones and route calls; handle 911 calls as needed.
• Assist radiology staff and coordinate scheduling with clinics.
