Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service, in person and on the phone to all customers.
• Greet patients in a respectful manner.
• Work with medical staff and nursing to ensure patient needs are met.
• Direct patients to the waiting room after registration.
• Transfer calls to appropriate locations as needed.
• Schedule and maintain patient appointments.
