Select Medical in Sun City, AZ is hiring a Patient Service Specialist to front our outpatient physical therapy center. You will greet and register patients, explain visit flow, and collect payments while coordinating with clinics and insurers.

The role is full-time, weekday hours, with a focus on delivering a great patient experience. This position emphasizes professional front-d desk support, accurate scheduling, payer communications, and a strong patient service mindset to support our therapy

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of medical office experience.
• 1 year of front desk experience.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and register patients and provide information about what to expect during their visit and information about their next appointment as they check out.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone.
• Regular communication with attorney offices, insurance companies, translation companies, market operational leaders, and business development team.
• Collect co-pays from patients, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications.
