Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to deliver a personalized front-desk experience, guiding patients through check-in/check-out with attention to detail and a friendly demeanor. Training will be provided to learn insurance options and scheduling processes, ensuring a smooth patient journey across visits.

The role requires flexibility for some weekends and evenings, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and patient satisfaction. MyEyeDr.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk, reception, or customer-facing admin duties.
• Organized and able to prioritize tasks under pressure.
• Friendly, patient-centric and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients a personalized check in/out experience that creates a timely, seamless, and positive experience.
• Verify insurance plans and educate patients on options during check in/out for appointments.
• Assist in appointment confirmations and patient outreach in partnership with Doctor availability.
• Multitask by managing multiple phone lines, greeting patients and walk-ins, scheduling appointments and assisting office staff duties as needed.
• Cross-train to other office support roles such as Eyewear Consultants and Optometric Technicians as needed.
• Collaborate with doctors and team members to provide a seamless patient experience.
