Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to manage front desk operations, ensuring a smooth check-in/out and superior patient experiences. Training will be provided to learn the optical industry and services, with some weekend and evening shifts required.

You will verify insurance options, assist with confirmations, and support the office team in delivering a best-in-class patient experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a front desk, reception, or customer-facing role with administrative duties.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities under pressure.
• Friendly, patient-centric and collaborative team player with strong communication.
• Proficient computer skills and basic problem-solving for patient service.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients a personalized check in/out experience.
• Verify insurance and educate patients on plan options at check in/out.
• Assist with appointment confirmations and outreach in coordination with Doctors.
• Manage multiple phone lines, greet walk-ins, and support office staff.
• Possibly cross-train to Eyewear Consultants or Optometric Technicians as needed.
