Qualifications

• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.

Responsibilities

• Greet all patients and offer beverage.
• Check patients in and ensure schedule reflects appointment status.
• Check patients out and schedule next appointment.
• Maintain the schedule book and organize files.
• Process payments and print daily reports for scheduling.
• Keep front desk and lobby area clean.
