Job summary

Sono Bello is seeking a dynamic Consult Experience Specialist (CES) to be the first point of contact for patients, delivering an exceptional experience from start to finish in a fast-paced aesthetic environment.

As part of a high-energy team, you will greet patients, support consultations, handle administrative tasks, and help drive patient satisfaction and cross-selling opportunities at Sono Bello.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service or front-desk roles, ideally in medical or aesthetic settings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures (preferred).
• Professional demeanor and commitment to client experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and verify appointments to introduce them to the office.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the patient journey.
• Support Sales Consultants by facilitating consultations and admin tasks.
• Schedule appointments, process payments, and prepare deposits for efficiency.
• Collaborate to identify patient success stories for online endorsements.
• Assist with patient inquiries and follow-ups pre- and post-operative.
• Prepare quotes and consent forms to support cross-selling of services.
