Qualifications

• Two years in a concierge/liaison role or equivalent preferred.
• Three years in a health system preferred.
• Experience coordinating care journeys and scheduling across departments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between patients, programs, and vendors.
• Manage care journey and ensure timely appointments and reports.
• Provide details on care plans and coordinate scheduling of services.
• Coordinate with health plans and patients for coverage and authorization.
• Maintain strong physician office relationships for timely emergencies.
