Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• BCLS certification to be obtained within six months of hire.
• HEART training and competency within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and orients patients/visitors to the liaison role and patient rights.
• Round on patients/visitors to identify and resolve service needs and concerns.
• Communicate status of next steps and manage expectations with patients.
• Respond to call lights and facilitate issue resolution in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with clinical teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
• Engage patients/visitors to ease anxiety and answer questions.
• Collaborate with security for safe handling of patient belongings and valuables.
• Support ADA coordination and accessibility services with HR and People Development.

Education
