Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Establishes strong working relationships with departments including Public Safety, Patient Relations and Nursing.
• Makes sound decisions to accommodate guest needs.
• Follows patient grievance protocols with calm, timely actions.
• Recommends services and collaborate with Concierge team to enhance guest experience.
• Coordinate referrals and travel accommodations as needed.
• Greet customers and provide guidance on visiting hours, directions and policies.
• Demonstrates professionalism and aligns with NCH service standards.
