Job summary

Diana Health, Inc. in Springfield, TN is seeking a friendly Receptionist / Patient Representative to create a delightful patient experience from the moment clients arrive.

You are the welcoming face of the clinic, organized, empathetic, and motivated to help patients navigate scheduling, billing, and care details. In this busy front office role, you will check patients in/out, verify insurance information, support appointment flow, handle copays, and coordinate with the care team.

Qualifications

• Customer service and hospitality experience strongly preferred and highly desirable
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or High School Diploma/GED w/ 2+ years experience in a related field
• Proficiency with Google Suite or Microsoft Office Products
• Strong computer skills; preferred familiarity with EMRs
• Tendency to organize and create structure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients at the welcome desk.
• Manage client check-in/check-out and route questions.
• Provide tours of the waiting area and orient new clients.
• Collect and verify paperwork, consents, and insurance information.
• Manage the client schedule and optimize day-to-day flow.
• Handle insurance verifications, copays, and payments.
• Support front-of-house operations and inventory.
• Coordinate phone triage as needed.
