Job summary

Diana Health, Inc. is seeking a Receptionist / Patient Representative to create delightful customer service experiences in our Beaumont location. You will be the first contact clients see, ensuring they feel welcome while performing check-ins and scheduling appointments.

The successful candidate will have a strong customer service background, as well as proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered, including health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Customer service and hospitality experience strongly preferred and highly desirable (medical field customer service very preferred).
• Tendency to organize and create structure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Exceptional at managing many tasks and able to organize and prioritize them.

Responsibilities

• Greet and support clients from the welcome desk.
• Manage client check in and out, answering questions.
• Schedule client appointments in real-time.
