Job summary

SimonMed Imaging is seeking a friendly Patient Service Specialist to guide patients through the admission process at our imaging centers. You will greet patients, verify insurance, and process documentation to ensure a clear, efficient start to every visit.

In this role, you will communicate effectively, handle multiple tasks, and collaborate with clinical and support teams to maintain a positive patient experience. High school diploma required; healthcare experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service, patient access, medical office, or call center experience preferred.
• Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, or healthcare registration processes preferred.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with EMR/PM systems preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guide them through admission at imaging centers.
• Verify insurance and process documentation for patient visits.
• Support front desk operations and ensure smooth patient flow.
• Address scheduling, billing, and patient flow issues with professionalism.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and support teams to enhance patient experience.
