SimonMed Imaging seeks a Patient Service Specialist to guide patients through admission, verify insurance, and process documentation with empathy and accuracy. You’ll support front-desk operations in a fast-paced imaging center, ensuring a smooth, compassionate patient experience from arrival through billing.

You’ll collaborate with clinical and support teams, handle patient data meticulously, and thrive in a team-driven environment committed to high-quality care.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service or patient access experience preferred.
• Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, or healthcare registration processes preferred.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with EMR/PM systems preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guide them through admission flow with accuracy and care.
• Verify insurance and process documentation to start visits smoothly.
• Maintain patient demographics, histories, consent forms, and payments with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and support teams to resolve scheduling and patient-flow issues.
