SimonMed Imaging seeks a Patient Service Specialist to guide patients through admission with accuracy and compassion. You’ll verify insurance, process documentation, and ensure a smooth start to every visit in our imaging centers.

Ironclad focus on patient experience, detailed data handling, and teamwork will be essential as you support scheduling, billing, and front desk operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service, patient access, medical office, or call center experience preferred.
• Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, or healthcare registration processes preferred.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with EMR/PM systems preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and verify insurance to facilitate admission and scheduling.
• Process documentation and maintain patient demographics and payments with accuracy.
• Support front desk operations and coordinate with clinical teams for smooth flow.
• Resolve scheduling, billing, and patient flow issues while maintaining a positive experience.
• Communicate with empathy and professionalism in high-volume settings.
